Building an authentic therapeutic relationship is the most important component towards achieving the change that individuals and families seek. I strive to create a comfortable and non-judgmental therapeutic space where people can freely explore life’s challenges. Whether working with children or teenagers seeking help, parents looking to assist their child(ren) or individuals struggling to manage life, my dedication, expertise, and genuine care helps my clients to navigate the complexities of life. 

 

I meet with clients both in and out of the office as well as providing services via telehealth. My approach is highly personalized, blending established and creative techniques and interventions to facilitate growth, promote resilience, and help individuals and families navigate life.
