Individual Therapy
When working with individuals, I take a holistic approach. I consider life experiences and childhood/family dynamics to provide insights into negative generational patterns and current circumstances. I also incorporate inner child work techniques in my therapy to help individuals reconnect with their inner selves, particularly the parts that may have been hurt during childhood. This process allows them to address unresolved issues from the past, leading to healing, emotional release, and personal growth.
This enables a person to make conscious choices for healthier behaviors and improved relationships. This forms the foundation for targeted interventions to break unhelpful cycles.
